Building next to or on water (the site is sand filled) is an architect's dream. Our first visit to the site triggered a design borne out of intuition: the synthesis of water, land and man.

It is only appropriate that our building respects its privilege and blessings of this magical location.

Our building represents a skeletal, in motion marine life that emanated from water and resting on land. It is, literally a building in motion, with its gaunt, athletic and transparent feel.
