Our concept takes into literal consideration the demands of the client. We have provided four distinct buildings arranged around a central court that houses the swimming pool, a wading pool, a pool bar, a spa and gardens.

The three major views are to the central court, the aso rock to the east and the central business district of Abuja, a panoramic view to the south.

Our buildings are a pedestal from which these views are to be permanently experienced.
