The information Communications Technology center is an idea borne out of the need for Nigeria to join the digital age.

The center will act as the fulcrum of research, development and dispersion of latest information technology. This will be the central headquarters of a series of centers to built all over the state of Niger.

The architecture is reflective of this high-tech, digital and educational environment. The buildings reflect and deflect movement: motion from the present to the unknown defined by dynamic movement into the future.
