This house is located on a pristine lot in the high, temperate plateau mountains in the suburbs of the city of Jos in central Nigeria.

This is a simple steel and glass structure meant to be replicated, in varrying forms, throughout the state (per the clients requirement).

The house will be factory-prefabricated and assembled on site.

The house is an open plan with walls only where absolute privacy is necessary. This simplifies the construction and enables us to build this house for approximately $30,000.00 USD or N4.8M Naira per house.
